Great startup e-bike for the price

It's Great! Rides well and the speed is ok. Can't get up some hills though and pedalling is hard considering the heavy weight of the battery. Perfect for city driving and don't have to worry abut traffic being it's a bike. I'll have to get used to the sound of the turn signals, but I suppose it's better that drivers can also hear me in
case they don't see my signal. I use it to go up to the store and pick up a few items. Once I get comfortable, I will be able to take longer drives.

Great little Ride

Had to connect up the battery 3 pong connector before charging myself as it appeared dead. Charging took 20 hours to charge the new battery. Then I tried to ride the scooter and found that throttle was on the right handle, and found that the rear brake is best to use on the left handle. The left brake needed to have more tension and it means a 10 mm wrench and a vice-grips to make this adjustment at the back wheel, pulling the cable a little. Balancing the scooter will take, I think, about 2 weeks of practice in the paved back lane, before travelling on the road. It has so much power that it starts off, from a stop, with lots of acceleration, with the use of the pedals. So far so good. Lights are bright.

Powerful bike

I bought this item last week and it arrived with two flat tires. Filled the tires up which were flat within a couple of minutes again. The bike was pierced against the wood from for both tires. I contacted the manufacturer who said I had to bring the bike in to be serviced. I should not have to deal with having a brand new item that has never been used repaired. I do not have transportation to have this bike brought in to be fixed. This should be provided but it is not. If you buy one be prepared to having to deal with these issues
