Ecotools Natural Loofah Bath Sponge is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 28.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from very rough on skin I found this loofah to be very rough on my skin. it was also kinda like a solid brick, it did not have much give. I could really only comfortably use it on my feet. This was after soaking it in very hot water for at least 10 minutes. im not sure if it has to be broken in, but if it gets softer after more use, I will update this review.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Loofah This loofah is great. First time using a loofah (I usually use bath gloves). It expands when wet. It's a good exfoliator and I feel nice and clean. My skin feels smooth after every use. The only complaint is that it's hard to squeeze out the extra water after I'm done using it because it's a bit stiff. I worry about bacteria accumulating on it and it taking a long time to dry because of the fact that I can't squeeze the water out. It's not too rough on my sensitive skin though. I would love if this had a handle because I feel it would be a bit easier to scrub with and get to the hard-to-reach places. Overall, I like this and would recommend it. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unpleasant experience I just used the Ecotools loofah and I was shocked and scared to see brown seeds in my shower. I didn't realize they were seeds and jumped out of the shower. I thought dead bugs were falling out of the loofah. This is crazy! I threw the loofah away. The manufacturer did not describe seeds inside of the loofah.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A little grossed out I bought this sponge yesterday and when it got wet in the shower about 20 seed looking things fell out. I hit the sponge on the side of the tub to get the rest of them out. It seemed like a decent sponge but I'm a little freaked out by the fact that some unknown objects came pouring out of it. Definitely unnerving while in the shower. Just read reviews on some of the other products and it seems this is a common issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really does expand! This sponge is great for a good scrub that exfoliates without feeling like sandpaper. I love that it is a natural product and not plastic. It also has no scent, as you would expect. The hanger loop could be a little bigger, but it still works. I find that not using soap/bath gel or other cleaning products with it extends the life of the product. You really don't need soap anyway while scrubbing with this loofa - I prefer my exfoliation to be a separate step from cleaning. And before hanging it to dry, giving it a shake to get rid of excess water helps it stay nicer longer. When you first open it, it looks a little like a dried cracker, but a quick soak in lukewarm water will get it back to it's normal cylindrical shape. I definitely suggest soaking it first, then taking it into the shower or bath. That way, it's ready to go. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I like it!! I have been using what most people use in the shower. Those nylon balls that seem to fall apart and lose shape after a few weeks. This Loofah took a bit more soap and seemed somewhat stiff at the first use, still made me feel better. I could almost feel the dead skin coming off. I felt refreshed after using it, seems so natural. Plus I don't see it losing its shape any time soon! It does have a little rope to hang in it the shower. I really don't see it ever losing its shape. I have been missing out using the nylon balls!! I really like it!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
