If you like a matte lipstick, you'll like this formula. I have a fair to medium complexion & wear warm colors & I have found my perfect nude in Praline. It even makes my lips look fuller.....a great grab-n-go product!

Love it!

I have became an ELF fan since last year because of this lipstick. I almost have all the colors except the neutrals (I love bold). I own a red Chanel matte before and couldn't tell a difference with this lipstick in Rich red. My lips is smooth-looking and very finish. Last long too. I love love love it!!! I prefer buying this than getting expensive branded lipstick because there is no difference in them. I can get more than 20 pieces of this to use for a year or so compared to a one branded lipstic. Thanks Elf for a high quality lipstick like this in an affordable price!!!

Amazing

At first I was hesitant of whether I liked them or not because they would go into my cracks. However I watched Kathleen Lights on YouTube and she said to put Chapstick (eos ball) on first to moistorize your lips and then apply the lipstick. Now I want every shade because I LOVE THEM. I sometimes go for a matte look or I top it off with a gloss!

Great lipstick

I have this in several colors, each one very different from the other. There is one color in particular that I love - the Tea Rose. It's a cool toned pinky, dusty Lilac color and is just gorgeous with several different lipliners I own. I love that because each lipliner can change the entire look of the color. It's even pretty when worn alone. I do wish that these lipsticks had different finishes besides matte, I also wish they had a little staying power too. I'm constantly reapplying which is a total inconvenience if I need to reapply the lipliner too.

Pretty colors

Definitely matte! I bought one in Praline. I have medium-tanned, yellow-undertoned skin, and for me it's a pretty good nude. Just make sure you exfoliate your lips because any un-smoothness will definitely show! It's barely a few shades away from being completely nude, but thankfully it's pink enough to wear. Have not worn it long to know durability, but I personally don't care how long makeup lasts because I bring said lipstick around everywhere i go just in case. Definitely a dry one too, so I suggest putting on regular or tinted chapstick before applying this. I think I'll go for a darker matte color in the future and see how that goes!

Super matte

Wish I would've saw how bright this was in person before buying. Looks pretty in the picture, but for my skin tone this color would only be appropriate for Halloween.
