Any one who's complaining about this, doesn't know how to use it. (but then, e.l.f.'s description of how to use it isn't exactly helpful) If you have never heard of tightlining, I suggest you look it up ASAP. It changed my makeup routine for the better. It's this fabulous technique that makes your lashes appear fuller and darker with out globbing on tons of mascara. This eyeliner, was made for tightlning. The original designers actually made it with that in mind, but being that the original was twenty times as expensive as this one, I wasn't about to run out and grab one. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

I love this coffee color eyeliner. I don't always want black to line my eyes, it can be too much. This coffee color is a nice alternative and looks great! The pen is easy to control making for easy use. Does not irritate my skin or eyes, and stays in place until I remove it with make up wipes. E.L.F. is quickly becoming a brand favorite for me.

This is my favorite eyeliner- it makes fine lines, lasts a long time and I especially like the color.  Good price too.

works really well. It dries very quickly which helps drastically with smudging. It is not waterproof but I didn't spend a ton of money on it and didn't plan on wearing it in water so it hasn't been a problem. also despite it not being fully waterproof it does stay all day and night it rubs off if I go to sleep in it but other than that it is still lasting on my eyes as long as I need it to

This is the first time I've tried liquid eyeliner.  I'm still getting used to it, but it goes on much easier than the "crayon" version (non-Elf brand) I was using before.

I'd prefer the brown color to be more brown.  It's still a bit too black for my fair skin.

This eyeliner seems to stay on better than my waterproof, pencil eyeliner does. It's a little hard for me to create the perfect line. I'll keep practicing. When I purchased this again? Probably yes.

Really impressive!

Was overly dry and cakey, and ended up flaking off my eyelids.  Not sure how it is waterproof as it came off with water following application. Very disappointed.

There's a reason why this liner is so low price although it appears to have good coverage when you apply it, it really does not. I like the elf liners, but this particular one I totally would not repurchase and do not recommend.
