i absolutely love this eyeliner pen. i dab the side of the tip lightly to get my line bc im a lil shakey, works like a dream! i can tight-line easier! i dab the side a bit firmer still being very delicate with the pen to get my wing, %26 tap the side across my eyeline so its even. the lighter your hand, the thinner the line.

For those who are not good with eyeliner, those who want all day wear, those who sweat a lot... This is your eyeliner! Until u actually use face cleaner and water to wash off, it stays in place. It dries instantly. U can do winged lines, EASILY!! MY REVIEW IS NOT FAKE NOR WAS MY ITEM FREE IN ANY WAY. I LOVE THIS LINER. Waterproof is actually REAL

Best eyeliner ever, i like using this pen

The tube of eyeliner did not last very long, almost like it wasn't a full tube.   Other than that it was fantastic.  Easy to apply with nice fine line.

this was smudge on your upper eyelid and lower eyelid if you wear it to bed. especially down the cheek from the end of your eye sockets the side of them closest to your ear. ive woken up twice this way since I bought the makeup. so i know. oily. 

elf makeup is alright but seems to he a brand a woman needs to reapply more than once a day if using. the eyemakeup.

Second day using this makeup.

Wipes off easily while wearing, tip easily broken, product runs out after a few uses.  

Not worth the money.  Will be buying a better quality brand next time that lasts more than one month of use.

Cheaper isn't better

I really like 95% of e.l.f. cosmetics. They work well %26 are a great value. This eyeliner was a complete miss! It worked alright for maybe 2 days. Now it 'stutters'  going on %26 doesn't stay hydrated enough to do both eyes. They carry another eyeliner pen that is awesome! This one just ain't it!

it came halfway dried out, i could barely finish one eye before it stopped working. but for the price what else could you expect?

It's so unbelievably dry. I only line my top lid and I couldn't even get it to all the way to the end of my lid before it was completely dried out. It's unusable. Guess you get what you pay for.

DONT BUY! DRY!!! COULDNT EVEN LINE 1 EYE!

I gave this one star because it was bone dry when I got it. I don't know how the color was because I couldn't use it. I don't know if this is indicative of the product itself or just where I bought it but I will not purchase it again.

This is the second one that I purchased that's dry and doesn't work. Is this a defective batch. I thought my first one was defective but this one doesn't work either. I guess I need to stop ordering this item.
