This brush is amazing! it's as good as my other professional brushes! As a freelance make-up Artist, I've been looking to add more brushes to my kit and I was curious about the quality of e.l.f. brushes and since they didn't cost very much, I decided to buy it, well let me say that I have NOT been disappointed! I am definitely buying more brushes from e.l.f.!

I've bought a few of these and I swear, even though I don't need anymore I want to buy a dozen more...that's how good they are. The bristles are sooo soft but the brush is nice and dense so it picks up the perfect amount of product. Seriously, I have absolutely NO complaints. Price? Amazing. Quality? Amazing. Performance? Amazing. I don't even reach for my sigma or mac brushes anymore. No fallout when deep cleaning either. LOVE LOVE LOVE this brush!

Sooo soft and dense!

I won a competition for a box of ELF goodies when I was 14. I'm now 24 and still use this brush and it feels/looks brand new!!! It's great for packing on colour before and blending. It washes really well and hasn't shed. Absolutely swear by ELF brushes

Lasts so well!

I love using this brush. It fits great on my lid and apply shadow nicely. It's very very soft and quite dense. The bristle are a bit longer than in the product pic though. No shedding. I wasn't quite sure the difference between this brush and the essentials eyeshadow brush so I bought both. This studio c brush is much softer and has more flexibility in the bristles while the essentials brush is shorter more dense and stiff and not quite as soft. Both apply well however.

It works great

Bought this last year and it's definitely been a favorite. I choose it mostly for wet-like eyeshadows, such as Colourpop shadows. The brush hairs are perfectly compact and sized to fit right into the lid well, able to control the amount of shadow you want on the lid.

Easy & sturdy to handle

This is the best eye shadow brush I've ever had (granted I don't have many). I'm not the most skilled at eye shadow application but this brush makes it so much easier and the end result is SO much better. I plan on buying several more of these to have on hand!

Love it!

I got this brush is a set and I do really like it. It's soft, dense, and doesn't shed. It's great for packing on eyeshadow! It's a good brush! 

However, there's really no reason to buy this brush - the essential "dome eyeshadow brush" is literally almost the same thing. The studio is a little softer, but I only use this for eyeshadow. Do like, won't repurchase. I'll just go for the essentials one!

Good, but elf has other brushes!

I thought this brush would be perfect for applying my eyeshadow, and after reading all the great reviews, I purchased two of this size. I was so impressed with the professional look and feel of these brushes, so imagine my surprise when the brush would NOT let go of the pigment! I like using very strong hues, therefore I really pack my eyeshadow into the brush; however, no matter how much pigment I got onto these bristles, they would only apply a very thin coat to my eyelid. I was going to leave a far worse review, but since this brush doesn't let go of color, it's clearly the best choice if you want to blend your pigment. I will not buy this brush again.

Use to blend, not to apply

I didn't even get to use this brush. I'd like to wash my new brushes before using them for hygiene purposes. When I washed this brush the first time, all the bristles just came out! What a waste of money! Poor quality. I can't use it at all. Would not recommend it to anyone!
