I got Magnetic Mauve and I wear it daily. It's the right amount of shimmer, not too much. The color is subtle, but cute. It's soft, it's not sticky, but does come off a bit. I notice my lips are softer with use. I've wanted to try a lip crayon for a while and I am as pleased as I had hoped. So easy to apply!

Received this the other day and couldn't wait to try it! Paired the magnetic mauve up with the prismatic lipgloss in amethyst to create a glamorous look of sparkle and shine that lasted the entire day. Also have this in Rose Gold which is just as beautiful especially when paired up with the prismatic lipgloss in rose quartz.

Long lasting beauty

After buying and receiving this Lip Crayon; I was so impressed by how it looked and the ease of application; I immediately purchased a second one! In addition it stays on very well, also something that is extremely important to Me, it stays true to color!

LOVE IT

I ordered a couple of these in hopes that they would be good....omg they are awesome. The glide on smoothly and the pigmentation is great. I hope ELF brings out a few more colors in this metallic formula because I absolutely love them.

Amazing Lip Crayon

very rich color (rose gold) and glitter/shine is even and bright. stayed on after drinking tea.

I received this lip crayon today and immediately tried it on. It is easy to apply, but I will be using a liner to give it a more precise edge. This product feels like a dry lipstick. The color itself is really pretty but more magenta than the photo shown. I am fair to medium complexion with warm undertones. It did wear of in the inside of my inner lip pretty quickly so I know I will need to be touching up a lot. Still a very pretty color and I would like to try the others. I hope this helps.

Radiant Rouge

These are very smooth and creamy. I got the rose gold, which is more of a medium bronze, and the mauve, which isn't too purple-y and has a nice reddish brown tone. Since these are metallic, they tend to show some of the creases in my lips. They look better with lip liner, and great topped with gloss. I did find that they can get a bit mushy if they warm up when I'm traveling, but that's only happened once.

Quick, Cheap Metallic Lip

So I got the red and the mauve colors. The red is pretty, but it's not something I'm going to reach for all the time since metallic berry is a massive statement look. It's perfect for a summer night out though! The mauve is a sort of strange look on; makes you look like an 80s roller derby ice queen. It's a whole lotta look for me, but I do like it as an eyeshadow! The wear is ok, but don't expect it to last through eating or drinking and it definitely looks weird after either, so be ready to reapply as needed. I would love a metallic rose lippy, but maybe dial down the metallic a few notches. All in all, these crayons are fun but not for the faint of heart!

Not for everyone

I bought this lip crayon in Metallic Mauve, thinking it would be a soft, metallic color similar to the color of my lips.  It arrived today, I tried it on and Yeow - the color is a dark blackberry metallic.  Not a look I wanted at age 70!  I am a Rouge at a specialty cosmetic company, so I do have experience with colors, textures, etc.  I do like the feel and the way it goes on, but this one is being given away.

Great formulation, color not as pictured

I bought the magnetic mauve and while the crayon goes one easily and has great pigmentation the shade is so much darker than the photo. It looks like a dark brownish red instead of mauve. It's an okay color but not what I was hoping for.

Good pigment, off shade

Ordered Rosegold... was excited to get this and try it out. However would not consider this color a "Rosegold". Its VERY DARK BRONZE with no rose or pink tone at all.
