OMG! This liquid eyeliner really WOWED me! For only being a $4.00 I didn't have much faith in it and thought it might even be going in the trash shortly after I bought it or the cosmetic graveyard, but let me tell you! It makes the "finest" line and easy to control to go bolder! The finely tappered brush is what pulls it all off!

I've been using liquid liner since I was 15 and I'm 53.  I was using Stila eye pen but they. must have changed the formula because it's no longer long wear.  This stuff stays put all day and is a nice dark black.  For the price and quality of this you simply can't go wrong.  If you are new to using a brush, it will take you a minute to adjust so practice with it.

Love the price of this eyeliner, love the color too. I also love the brush style, super easy to make a nice cat eye. One con, It's not super durable. I have to be careful when using my eyelash curler as it rubs some of the eyeliner off. Just a quick touch up and it's fine. Never had that happen with other eyeliners though.

This eyeliner goes on very smooth and I like brush tips however if you wear false lashes I noticed the lashes lift off this eyeliner really easy like the 2 do not bind together well. I've been wearing false lashes for years and I've never had this lifting issue with other eyeliners

i like this liner however it is not oqaque enough its like it mixed with water ... i use it without foundation and it doesnt really stick on my eyelid well i have to go over it a few tiems and it just doesnt work great most of the time.

I bought this based on awesome reviews, and I will say that it's easy to use. My problem with this eyeliner is the color saturation. It seems like a very weak black. In order to get the darker more dramatic line I wanted, I would have to go over the line a few times. The formula seems a bit watery, it takes time to dry.

Maybe I just need more practice

I read numerous positive reviews b4 buying this (- also because my usual brand was not avail.) However my experience was not with a positive outcome/result.  I do not like the consistency.  It is very diluted - almost like black water.  Also, what does go on and adhere in the right place dries out and chips off.
The only thing I like is the container/vile and (accompanying brush) it comes in.  A nice size and shape.
