Plus: works great, easy to use, price is average / same per ounce to the other brands I have used.  This has a very slight scent but even with sensitive skin it gets my makeup off and doesn't irritate my eyes or skin. I don't know about clogging pores but it seems to rinse off really easily with a microfiber towel and warm water.

It is easy to use—just take the small spatula and apply the gel and apply it to your face. It effectively melts away all your makeup and mascara, so all you need to do is wipe it off with a damp cloth. It cleans everything without irritating your eyes. I consider it a wonderful cleaner; I use it as my second step to ensure all makeup residue is removed before applying any moisturizers.

This e.l.f. Makeup Melting Cleansing Balm, is really great. A very small amount is enough to remove my tough makeup and mascara. I use the little spatula, that comes inside the lid, to get the product and then use my fingers to lightly spread it around. I prefer to use water to splash everything off afterwards, but you could also use a cloth or tissue to wipe the dissolved makeup away.

This cleansing balm melts into my skin and makes a wonderful foundation for a great facial massage before a splashdown rinse and soothing, moisturizing finish. It has a delicate fragrance that disappears after my skin is dry and doesn't seem to irritate my sensitive skin. I love how my skin feels and will buy again.

Delightful

Glided my mascara, right off my eyes which I loved and the eyeliner. Love the spatula that it comes with it. The smell is wonderful. Highly recommend this product for anyone trying to remove their make up. That's not in a way that is tugging on your skin.

This makeup cleansing balm works really well for gentle yet effective removal of makeup and built-up dirt at the end of the day. I love that it comes with a spatula, which keeps the product sanitary and makes it easy to scoop out the right amount. The balm melts smoothly into the skin, breaks down even stubborn makeup, and rinses off without leaving a greasy residue. My skin feels clean, soft, and refreshed after every use.

Effortless Makeup Removal with a Handy Spatula

This is my ride or die! It works wonderfully. I love the "melting of the makeup" aspect. It truly melts your makeup! It wipes off so easily. I take an extra one of these on my travels as well!

Makeup melts so easily

This balm is effective at removing makeup and SPF and is a great budget option. But it's not my favorite. I had a few times where there was a grittiness which isn't ideal in skincare. There are other products I like more that are equally or more effective. But I'll still come back to this occasionally.

Effective but not holy grail

I bought this in hopes that it would actually melt my makeup off like some of my more expensive brands. This is super hydrating but not as good with waterproof makeup. I like to wash my face with this when my face is clean and I want to feel more hydrated. I'm not going to return it, but unfortunately, I don't think I will buy this again.

I'm 54 years old. It made me break out like I was a teenager. I have red painful bumps all over my face since the morning after i used it fir the first time. 
I had high hopes for this product because i fell in love with Elemis cleansing balm and i love E.L.F.'s under eye colir corrector. 
I threw out the box. I hope Walmart allows me to return this for a full refund.

Gave me the worst breakout in 35 years!
