Give your bath a mineral boost with Equate Epsom Salts Magnesium Sulfate USP. Bathing in Epsom salts is great for soothing stress after a busy work week or relaxing after a challenging workout. The Epsom salts can also be dissolved into a smaller amount of water and added to a compress for use on specific areas of the body. To use them in an Epsom salts bath, dissolve from 250 to 500 g (about 2 cups/500mL) of the Epsom salts per bath in hot water. To use them in a compress, dissolve 1 tablespoon of Epsom salts in 1 cup of water. Made with USP (United States Pharmacopeia)-grade magnesium sulfate, these Epsom salts can be used in bath tubs, hot tubs and whirlpool baths. Consult a health care professional before using an Epsom salts bath or compress. Caution: For external use only. Not recommended for oral use. Keep out of the reach of children. Store between 15°C -30°C. Check hot tub and whirlpool bath manufacturer guidelines before adding Epsom salts. Magnesium sulfate. This product is made with USP (United States Pharmacopeia) grade material.

I use epsom salt for not only personal bath reasons but also for gardening. It's helpful to be able to choose plain epsom salt for garden use, or the different natural scents for personal use. Usually buy the larger sized container as I use it alot, plus good price is a bonus

These equate epsom salts are great for putting into you bath when you want to just relax and soak.  It is also good for soaking your feet before you scrap and buff them.

Equates epsom salt come in a good resealable package. The salt dissolved quite quickly and is very soothing. I use it to soak my 90 year old uncles feet, to make it easier for me to exfoliate

It's a resgood pro. I bought it to treat my ingrown toenails, and it gives it some relief. I'm soaking my feet 3 times a day, and it gives a really good relax sensation.

I like to soak my kids feet few times a week after they shower. Give them a good clean. Works great. Helps with odors too. They play alot of sports. Keeps their feet clean and healthy.

This helps my skin from itchiness and this refresh my skin whenever I put it in the tub and body soak… I will definitely buy again when I ran out of epson salt
