Give your bath a mineral boost with Equate Epsom Salts Magnesium Sulfate USP. Bathing in Epsom salts is great for soothing stress after a busy work week or relaxing after a challenging workout. The Epsom salts can also be dissolved in a small amount of water and added to a compress for use on specific areas of the body. To use them in an Epsom salts bath, dissolve from 250 to 500 g (about 2 cups/500 mL) of the Epsom salts per bath in hot water. To use them in a compress, dissolve 1 tablespoon of Epsom salts in 1 cup of water. Made with USP (United States Pharmacopeia)-grade magnesium sulfate, these Epsom salts can be used in bath tubs, hot tubs and whirlpool baths. Consult a health care professional before using an Epsom salts bath or compress. Caution: For external use only. Not recommended for oral use. Keep out of the reach of children. Store between 15°C -30°C. Check hot tub and whirlpool bath manufacturer guidelines before adding Epsom salts. Magnesium sulfate. For me, Magnesum sulfate is more than just a salt to add to my bathtub for a relaxing  comforting and therapeutic soak.
I use magnesium sulfate throughout my garden, especially in my vegetable beds, vinegrapes, and on my flowers.
It's a natural and safe product, helps the plants to absorb nutrients.

Equate Epsom salts magnesium sulfate usp in the 3.6 kg bag is a great product. I recently had surgery and it was recommended to have sitz baths with Epsom salts and the equate Epsom salts help with healing. The package size was convenient and easy to handle.

Between working physical jobs and having a son that plays football we definatly get lots of use out of Epson salts. These fit the budget, last a little while and best part for my son is that they have no smell.

Great For Sore Muscles

I have used the epsom salts a few times now when I have sore muscles. It works like a charm and then I don't need to take Advil or Tylenol for the. Muscle pain.

Relaxing and Pain free

The price for these epsom salt is unbeatable. It is the cheapest one I can get, but it works as same as other brand names. It is unscented and it works for my family. Definitely will buy it again.

Less than 50% off to pour in the tub and soak! Good quality, certaily cannot beat the price, and I probably should go back to pick up as many as I can carry.

There's nothing amazing about these Epsom salts, but they definitely meet expectations. The price point is pleasing though, as it's not an extra-special product.

Amazing Epsom Salt

I appreciate the option of buying less plastic as opposed to the large containers but this packaging is very poor quality for the type of product, it ripped immediately down the side creating a large mess.
