These are delicious and work very well for simply going to bed or taking a long flight/car ride. I admit that I take way more than the recommended dose on long flights but they are seriously a life saver on airplanes or in cars, especially if you have an annoying little cousin that you wish would just go to sleep🤣🤣

I started giving these to my adult who has trouble falling asleep.  He's been able fall asleep a lot quicker since taking these gummies.  It helps that they taste good too!

Equate melatonin Gummies works well for a cheaper product and help me fall asleep quickly.

My children often need some melatonin to wind down in the evening.  Our regular brand of melatonin was not available
And we tried the Equate brand.  Although they were not their favorite, they did use them.  They said the taste and texture were not their favorite.   We have not purchased this product again.

I use these to help my sleep and never feel like i'm getting tired and once i do fall asleep I constantly woke up during the night with no restful sleep
