Love this reusable cold compress for any place on the body. It can be wrapped pretty much anywhere on the body. The cold compress is also very quick to freeze. The only downside is that the mesh hinders some of the cold to come through.

Awesome Item

This wrap is really good. You can do it anywhere on your body. You can leave the ice pack  in your freezer so it's there when you need it. You just put it out slide the ice pack into the opening  and then you can wrap it on any part of your body and it stays.

Easy to use wrap around

It helps the muscle tension and has a good grip. It's comfortable and easy to use. It gets the job done, but the material isn't so great for long-lasting use.

Good Support With Comfort

I like how this compress comes with a wrap. I've mostly used this as an ice pack. It's not as flexible as other gel packs when frozen, but it's good for the price.

This product did what it was supposed to do. I only had to use it a short while. It's ok for the money.
