With so many health problems, obviously my sleeping cycle was going to be affected. Having so many prescribed medications, I really wanted an option that I could find easily and that works.  If you're easily sensitive I would recommend you take only 1 capsule to start, then you can adjust.

I have major trouble sleeping and when taking melatonin I really struggle with my body. They is no issues with these sleep aids. I feel refreshed and don't have of the issues I normally have with melatonin

I am a terrible sleeper and saw this product on the shelf in Walmart.  I tried it for the first time last night.  It did not work for me at all, but I will probably try it again and see if I have better results..
