With so many health problems, obviously my sleeping cycle was going to be affected. Having so many prescribed medications, I really wanted an option that I could find easily and that works.  If you're easily sensitive I would recommend you take only 1 capsule to start, then you can adjust.

Sleep Like A Baby

I rely on this product to get me to sleep when I otherwise can't sleep.  One pill (that's all it takes) and I am off to dreamland within a few minutes.  And the great thing is that even if I have to get up put to use the facilities, I drift right back to sleep once I get back into bed.  I only use it if I need it but when I need it, it works!

To sleep, perchance to dream

I use this sleep aid every now and again to get me back into routine when my sleep schedule is messed up.  I find I don't get that groggy feeling the next day.

I have been having issues sleeping a lot and try not to rely on pills but once in a while I need a good night sleep. This product helped me fall asleep and stay asleep quick. Finally I had a good night sleep

This beats counting sheep

I have been having a very hard time to fall to sleep u have tried melatonin and I didn't like the way I felt when I woke up so I decided to try these and was pleasantly surprised when I woke up in the morning I felt rested

When you have a hard time to fall to sleep

After struggling with falling asleep for years, I decided to give this a try and took it as instructed. It was useful in helping me fall asleep. Was able to sleep thru the night and did not feel groggy the next morning. Will use again!

Helpful for a good night sleep

I use this product to help me fall asleep on nights where I am not really feeling tired, even though I should be. Somehow it relaxes me and I do fall asleep within about 15 minutes.

Generally works well

I am a terrible sleeper and saw this product on the shelf in Walmart.  I tried it for the first time last night.  It did not work for me at all, but I will probably try it again and see if I have better results..
