If my life really depended on wearing these, only then, would I. The tabs are never long enough if you need - to change them some place away from home. The perfect fit is to lie down in your bed and attach them at your waist starting with the tab closest to your waistline then, keep adjusting back and forth. Too much adjusting tears the tab then I use duct tape. While lying down,everything fits fine till you stand up and they slide down.

IMO, one leg hole should be closed as in a brief; in that way it's easier to adjust one tab.

Should only be for bed use

This was an EXTREMELY disappointing purchase .... I believe the description of this product is VERY misleading and inaccurate ... It says that they are FITTED BRIEFS, but when I opened the package, they are not BRIEFS at all .... they are actually adult DIAPERS and very flimsy looking .....  My husband would not appreciate having to put these on .....  Now I have to return them, or may even give them away to a Personal Care home, because it is a product that I may be too embarrassed to return, in person, to the store .....  
Also, when I originally was checking the Walmart website for the Equate products of this kind to order, there is no Equate Men's  "Underwear'' in size Medium/Large  ....  Why is that??? ... On the website they only appear to come in size Small/Medium .... Yet, I believe, in the store, the Equate Men's Medium/Large Size are available for sale ...
