Vitamin B12 is essential vitamin that aids in the body's ability to stay healthy physically and emotionally.

Best value for B12 at this time.  I used to get 100 mcg but could not find the value size of that at Walmart, although it used to be readily available. Since our bodies eliminate B12 not needed through urination, and most adults do not need 1200 mcg, this is a bit of overkill.

Daily recommended dosage for adults is 2400 mcg, so you have to take 2 pills a day to get your daily dosage.  I thought that I bought this at a good value because it came with 180 pills, but only it's only 90 doses.
