You get what you pay for. 'Made in Canada' made me think it was going to be a durable item. It broke on the first snowfall's worth of mild duties, barely 1/3 of the way through my driveway. Forget the money, talk about a waste of resources, when you think of the plastic used to make this thing and now it'll end up in a landfill.

Do yourself, and the environment, a favor and buy something durable to be used for 10+ years.

Cracked after first use.

During the first use trying to clear maybe 2 cm of snow it caught on a sidewalk edge and snapped completely in half with minimal effort. Definitely don't recommend.

Useless

Bought one which lasted 2 snow falls. Thought hey maybe I just got a dud. PURCHASED ANOTHER TO HAVE IT BREAK IN ONE SNOWFALL.Wish I had read the reviews first.

Junk

I bought this one at the store. After two light uses, it broke in two areas. I went to Walmart and they replaced it with the same bad quality shovel. These are poorly made and shouldn't be sold for Canadian winters. Won't be buying this company's products.

Poor quality. Ashamed it's Canadian made

purchased as the only shovel type left in the store. Horrifically bad item. Shovel broke from shaft after three minutes of light snow clearing.

DO NOT BUY

I'm not sure what all these negative reviews are but this is a great little shovel at a really good price... I have used this in some really deep heavy compact snow and it cleared it no problem.... everything I want out of a little shovel

Great little shovel

I used it several times during heavy snow fall, it didn't break on me and it worked out fine. It was the only one kind left when I went to walmart to buy a shovel a month ago, would have been better if it was made a little bit more wider though.
