So far it's good. It was pretty easy to install.

Shower caddy

Once I figured out what configuration I needed I was fine putting it together.  Love the soft brushed silver.  Works fantastic holding my product.

Easy to Install

I like this item, but it didn't quite fit my tub - had to place something on the bottom to get it to touch my ceiling, and is a little wobbly but still works fine and is better than the plastic one I had which got gunky if I didn't clean it often enough.

Instructions could be a little more clear.  You have to build from bottom to top due to the stoppers.  Got it done in 30 minutes by myself

Looks great

I had to take down my old caddy for some bathroom repairs. I was sad that the tension pole and parts had rusted so I needed to replace it. First off it was impossible to find one in store so I had to order it online. Assembly was a breeze as I've been to this rodeo before. What was insane was that while adjusting the shelves onto the pole. The ring that threads the basket onto the pole snapped right off. What I noticed is that the baskets on this “newer” felt cheap and less sturdy that the trusted old caddy. Luckily I didn't throw the baskets out from my last caddy so I used a leftover basket. It's a mismatch in colour but it gets the job done.

Cheaper material in comparison to older models

The product itself is just okay. It is a nice colour and I do like that it is adjustable. However, the instructions that come with it are abysmal. When building, it tells you where to place the baskets if you are using all rods but our floor to ceiling distance is not that tall so we only use three out of the 5 rods and when I realized that, I had to take the baskets off because they were too close to each other, but by doing that, the rubber stoppers got loose so now I am stuck with baskets I can't put on. There were no extra rubber stoppers, so now I have to buy more of those.

Okay Shower Caddy Pole

Had to return as could not not install on the shower. My exisiting shower caddy that was to be replaced has a spring loaded pole that can be adjusted from up to10 inches, but the new one was either too short when 3 poles were used or too tall when 4 poles were used. The spring loaded pole can only be adjusted up to 2 inches max .
