It allows us to workout an additional assortment of muscle groups that just was not possible otherwise.  The bar is very strong, study, ergonomic, and surprisingly easy on the hands.  The directions for installation were very easy to follow & I, as a girly girl, was able to put it up albeit I had a second set of hands to hold it for the initial placement and markings of the hole locations.  I have no doubt the bar will be used a lot & serve us well for many years to come.  Five Stars

It is very easy to mount and all the hardware is included. It comes with a paper template to place against the wall or area where it will be mounted which makes it easy. The material is strong and I contemplated welding it together. I would recommend this product for those who like to exercise at home and looking for a lifetime lasting gear.

Installation requires a wooden beam in order to secure the pull up bar. Once that's done, viola -- you got a very sturdy pull up bar.
Very solid build quality which feels great when doing pull up.  It also has various grips to vary the pull-ups or chin-ups.

Overall, very high quality home gym equipment that will help you get stronger!

I love that it is super simple to put together. It was put together within a matter of minutes. It has three grip positions that allow you to target different muscle areas. This is great for pull ups, chin up, and different exercises. I love that I felt safe using it and that it was comfortable to grip.

It does not hang above the door so it is more sure because it's actually screwed into the wood. I'd definitely recommend using this.
