Exerpeutic 400XL Folding Recumbent Bike with Pulse is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 737.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it, great product. Saw this advertised in a catalog, checked to see if I could buy it from another source or Sam's Club. Found it listed at Sam's Club at a very nice price, well within our budget. Shipped to our door promptly. Assembly was a snap and the quality of the parts impressed me a lot. Very well made, excellent ergonomics, quiet, very smooth operation and the LCD panel displays everything in large fonts and numerals, making it easy to track our exercise.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good value and results!. Unique compact, semi-recumbent design. Easy assembly in less than one hour with the tools provided. Provides a steady platform and comfortable seating position. Smooth pedaling and easy tension adjustment affords an excellent cycling experience-calorie burn. Battery powered, digital display panel is easy to set and view, and provides good resultsfeedback. Only 3 stars because the Heart Rate Pulse Sensor never worked. Folds neatly for storage.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from What's not to Like? My wife and I really like this that you can fold it up and move it easily. it's a necessity now with 4 kids and less space in our home. I enjoy it while playing the Wii Aragon's Quest where I have to use the controller like a sword, which can increase your breathing and heart rate during some battles. You almost feel like you are really running in the game. I never play the game any other time, so I have to ride to get to play it. This gives me a desire to ride it everyday. The only bad that my wife and me can point out is that both of us have experienced our feet going numb everytime we've used it. I can't say it's this bike, because we had the same experience the last two exercise bikes we'd had. It holds my 205 lbs well with no squeaks or bending. Very sturdy for what it is. I'd buy one again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this bike I recently had double knee replacement and knew that the stiffness would leave my knees after riding the bike at physical therapy. Since I still experience stiffness, and imagine I will for awhile, I decided to give this bike a try. It was easy to put together for a 61 year old woman alone. The batteries did come crushed and I had to use my own but that wasn't a problem since I use rechargeables. The bike makes absolutely no sound. It is very smooth and is easy to get on and off. On the first use I thought the angle of the back was a little uncomfortable, but within a few minutes I adjusted to it and have had no problem since. My grandson had the same thought on this. My knees feel so much better now. As the day goes on and I start to stiffen up, I just hop on the bike for 15 minutes and all pain and stiffness go away.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Purchase I recently had surgery and wanted to workout while recuperating. My doctor would not allow me to use a treadmill but was okay with a stationary bike. Since this was a short-term solution, I began looking for something inexpensive that would not take up too much space. After reading the reviews, I decided to give this bike a try and fell in love. It is so quiet that I can watch TV or read. It was also very easy for me to assemble - a little over an hour. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Exercise Bike After I put the bike together the digital display didn't work. I called the manufacturer and they sent me another one and that one didn't work either! The bike is comfortable, but I paid for the display to work too so I'm returning it.
