The flavour is mild but fresh, and you can really taste the difference compared to regular ground meat. A solid, reliable choice for everyday cooking.

Fresh, Lean, and Great for Healthy Meals

First time buying this brand, I found the chicken to be super fatty! It coated my hands extensively when trying to roll into meatballs. It definitely didn't have a chicken flavour and the meatballs never really firmed up (without additives too), so the final mushy-like state was less than appetizing. I will not buy this product again! Too fatty to be extra lean rating???

Not the leanness I expected!

It is too ground, so the patties I made were more like low-quality nuggets.
