Ground chicken

This ground chicken is easy to work with and my Greek Chicken meatballs have turned out very tasty every time.

Good Ground Chicken

Fresh ground chicken

The Extra Lean Ground Chicken Raised on Canadian Farms is a clean, high-quality option for anyone trying to eat healthier. It cooks evenly, has very little excess fat, and works well in pastas, tacos, burgers, or meal prep bowls. The flavour is mild but fresh, and you can really taste the difference compared to regular ground meat. A solid, reliable choice for everyday cooking.

Fresh, Lean, and Great for Healthy Meals

First time buying this brand, I found the chicken to be super fatty! It coated my hands extensively when trying to roll into meatballs. It definitely didn't have a chicken flavour and the meatballs never really firmed up (without additives too), so the final mushy-like state was less than appetizing. I will not buy this product again! Too fatty to be extra lean rating???

Not the leanness I expected!

It is too ground, so the patties I made were more like low-quality nuggets.

So-so

Extra Lean Ground Chicken Raised on Canadian Farms, 907 g Fresh poultry, air-chilled extra-lean ground chicken in a clear retail tray showing pale pink fine grind with Maple Leaf label on packaging. Often used as a lean swap for ground beef in tacos, burgers or meatballs.
