I have a Farberware 4-12 Cup Coffee Maker, Stainless steel that I bought in '82, still works today except the light quit 3 yrs ago & I drink 30 cups of coffee a day, I bought this one in case the other dies, once tried a drip thru & the coffee tasted like old dish water. These are the BEST Coffee Pots in the world & make GREAT coffee. I tried the one pictured and it was slower than snail (you know what), I gave it too our Senior Thrift store, only made 2 pots w/it, this is why I bought another Farberware coffee maker in the store.

If this coffee pot works as well as my last two, this may be the last coffee pot I will be purchasing.  This is my third purchase of this particular model from Farberware.   The smaller versions do not last as long, but my last two  12 cup percolators have lasted on average 25 years.  I am currently just over 75, so if this one lasts as long, it will outlive me.

We love " perked" coffee,so we at first purchased a different brand of percolator because it was cheaper. We returned it after 1 use. Then we " bite the bullet" and ordered the Farberware percolator- perfect taste, coffee is always nice and hot. I would never purchase anything but a Farberware percolator!

Percolatator

I had a Mr. Coffee and Bunn before this one. First cup was always hot but seconds were always just warm. This pot keeps it hot and delicious. A good choice.

Darn good

Immediately noticed that Farberware is making the percolator cheaper with thinner metal then my original 25 yr old pot - weighs several ounces lighter - and feels "Tinny"  While original feels rock solid

Percolator - hot cup of coffee

I have been using the Farberware percolator for well over 20 years. It brews an excellent cup of coffee. I don't like drip coffe. This is the only way to drink a hot cup of Joe.

This is a replacement of my old one. Same item. Best coffee ever. Nothing like a percolator. Free shipping to my home. Would highly recommend.

Great coffee

This is the best coffee percolator. It is very quick in brewing and is always piping hot,  very robust tasting. Forget Starbucks!

Farberware Perculator

Like everything else, prices are always going up and quality is going down. First coffee maker I bought lasted almost 15 years. Subsequent coffee makers only lasted two to three years, but it makes a good cup of coffee. No coffee grinds like other makes. We'll see how long this one lasts.

Good cup of coffee

We needed a new coffee pot after more than 20 years.  This new one doesn't seem as sturdy except for the new plug, it now uses a 3 prong.  The one thing I really dislike are the small feet that are now on the bottom.  They are not level so pot rocks a little!!!

Coffee Pot

Do not buy this item. I've always used five with pots in the past. It always worked out great. At this time. The lid for the coffee pot design was terribly flawed once I was able to get the lid on the pot it never came off. Getting my money back.
