There's a missing parts.  i am going to connect to Walmart to have that missing part instead of returning the item.  My grandkids love it, perfect size for indoor and little kids.

I got the box and it was short pieces and now completely useless

Missing pieces

After a few jumps, product loses structural integrity, unbalanced and highly unsafe. Square to a Rhombus.

Called Fisherprice customer service pushed it to Sportspower in Hong Kong (sales entity)even if it's manufactured by fisher price. So the responses to the earlier reviews to call fisher price gives false hope.
