Rated 5 out of 5 by from effective, goes fast and you can feel it this has upper body, lower body and core sections each 20 minutes but they go very fast. it is not repetative as a lot of yoga can be, has unique stretches i've never seen before and you can feel how they work and are very effective. she kept saying how she makes "her athletes" hold a pose for how long, etc. and so we looked her up online gwenlawrence.com, she is very prestigious in the sport world furthering her credibility. not that it is needed because the dvd is a great addition. she doesn't say irritating things and her voice is not annoying either.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Favorite I love doing the A.M. Yoga in the mornings with Rodney Yee, but I wanted something to add every other morning to jazz it up. This DVD is perfect! The 20 min. workouts are just what I was looking for..and the 10 min. all over toning is perfect for a quick add on or to get things moving when I'm pressed for time. I'm so glad I got this, its definately turning into one of my favorites!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not even two weeks and I see results. I am just starting to workout and this dvd is a great addition to my dvd collection. It has been just under two weeks and already my arms are tighter, I can feel abs developing , basically my entire body has started to get firm. There are 3 videos 20 mins each... it goes by super fast...It is challenging but is getting a bit easier as I go. I recommend this product to anyone who wants to get fit with yoga and who likes a challenge. You can do one 20 min video or all 3..(I have to work my way up to that though ) :P GOOD LUCK ALL!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Fun! Gwen is awesome and fun to do yoga with. The moves are some that I've never done before, and they are great! Love that the DVD is an hour long, but you can also break it up into 20 min sessions. Love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good workout! This is a good intermediate yoga toning workout. It might be challenging for someone who is just starting out with yoga, but it works well if you are already familiar with the basic moves. My abs, arms and back are sore after doing the respective routines, so I know it's accomplishing something. I'm an intermediate practicer of yoga and I can't do all of the moves yet because I'm not strong enough (my arms shake while switching from plank to forearm plank). It definitely requires some stamina. A good workout, all-in-all.
