Yep. Dat's pig. Easy to cut. I like having a bit of fat on my cuts as when in a roast it drips onto the veggies. I cut it into serving sizes then put those over a layer of veg over a layer of potatoes. Made enough for 8+ adult meals that way.

This boneless pork loin is clean,easy to prepare and cook. The fat attached to it is minimal. Very good for breaded dishes but you have to slice it yourself according to your liking. Great when you have a big family or a party.

$1.97 lb. great buy makes 4 roasts for us from one package.

Meal maker

This time it had too much fat, not so balanced (fat versus lean) as other times. If you are on keto diet, this  might work well. If your prefer lean meat, half of it was fat. It's the first time I get so much fat! Usually I look for more fat steaks which makes the steak tasty. However, this had too plenty :) Fat should be sold separately and it has a different price, in my opinion, not steak price.

Half of the package consists almost entirely of fat.

It wasn't worth the purchase.

We have had two of these loins. The first one was great that's why we bought it again. This second one we bought wasn't fit to eat. It was far too much fat. To be precise there was 720 g of fat on a 2800 g loin. 

This would probably be a better purchase if you look at it yourself, we have our groceries delivered so we have to rely on a picker. 

I contacted Walmart and they were very reasonable and refunded the purchase price of the loin.

I would give negative point if I could. The meat is still in BB date but when I opened it OMG it has a strong foul smell! I didn't return it. I paid for delivery order because I don't want to spend time to go to the grocery. What a waste.

Do not buy.
