Description & Features+

"Frasier: The Complete Series" includes: Season 1 - Making the move from Boston to his former hometown of Seattle, divorced Dr. Frasier Crane finds himself on the radio airwaves as the host of his own call-in advice show. When he's not dealing with the problems of his troubled listeners, he's embroiled in skirmishes at home involving Marty, his retired police detective father; Daphne, his father's physical therapist; his younger brother Niles; and Eddie... his father's devious dog! Season 2 - Frasier infuriates the entire city of Seattle when he complains about its rainy climate during his talk show. Meanwhile father Martin finds his favorite bar is slated for the wrecker's. Roz considers a new job offer; Daphne finds her privacy invaded; and Frasier's romantic island getaway with a new girlfriend is ruined when his ex-wife Lilith is discovered in an adjacent cottage! Season 3 - Frasier has encounters with both a woman from his past - Diane Chambers - and one in his future, the new radio station manager Kate Costas. Niles is kicked out of the house by wife; Martin is exposed as a budding songwriter for Frank Sinatra! Season 4 - Cupid's arrows fly in all directions as romantic entanglements includes Niles and Daphne as well as Martin and Sherry. Frasier's scorecard is even more impressive: Frasier and a blind date arranged by Roz; Frasier and a "mystery woman" who accidentally called his answering machine. Season 5 - Sibling rivalry between Frasier and Niles leads to some riotous cases of one-upmanship. Which of the two will find out the winner as they vie for the same attractive woman? Meanwhile, Daphne finds her favorite pub invaded by a familiar (and unwelcome) interloper; Roz is expecting a visit from the stork; and KACL's abrasive Bob "Bulldog" Briscoe becomes the hero of the day to all - all except Frasier, who know the untold story! Season 6 - What?! Frasier Crane, unemployed? Yep, that's the stunning predicament when KACL switches its format to "salsa" and Frasier finds himself out of a job! Meanwhile, Niles finds himself without a secret love to obsess over when Daphne is swept off her feet by a new suitor, Donny Douglas. Roz finds herself romantically entangled with the station's abrasive deejay "Bulldog", and Roz's mother Joanna lands a date with Frasier's irascible father, Martin! Season 7 - A heavily medicated Frasier inadvertently spills the beans to Daphne about Niles and his powerful infatuation for her - just as she is preparing for her marriage! Meanwhile, Roz, against her better judgment, hires the recently fired "Bulldog" as a babysitter. Season 8 - Wedding bells chime a sour note when Daphne flees her marriage ceremony to run off with Niles, and the two lovebirds - as well as a hapless Frasier - ultimately find themselves embroiled in a lawsuit as a result of the marital mayhem! Season 9 - Frasier is commemorating his 2,000th radio show on KACL. But where, oh where is that one missing tape that would make his collection of radio programs complete? Martin lands a job as a night-shift security guard; Niles and Daphne must endure an overseas visit from her conniving mother and lecherous brother. Season 10 - Frasier's confrontation with an annoying stock market analyst at KACL results in the entire staff having to attend a sexual harassment seminar. Then Frasier's ex-wife Lilith shows up in Seattle with a plan to have another child - by Frasier! Roz prepares to train her new replacement at the radio station, while Martin finds himself running for their condominium board's presidency. Season 11 - "Frasier" brings its 11-year run to a close with this hilarious final season. Both Lilith and Frederick make surprise visits to Seattle, Niles and Daphne have a stunning announcement; While clowning around, Frasier gives his father a heart attack (literally!). Then the entire cast says "Goodbye, Seattle" in a memorable, two-part finale.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great product. I loved the Frasier show. This is a must have for any fan. Only thing is the dvd cases dont all match. Some are fold out cases and some are regular cases. Other than that, no problem, fantastic. Great value.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great show, great set, 1 flaw We ordered the Frasier Box set from Walmart after another online shop failed to deliver. We have been watching reruns on TV, but they were in seemingly in random order. We wanted to experience the shows "in order" so we ordered the complete series rather than fret over finding each season one at a time. The one flaw is in the packaging. We got all 11 seasons wrapped in plastic, labeled etc. Ten of the seasons were in boxes with fold-out inserts but Season Two is in a plastic DVD case. The picture on the web site did not show it this way. The set looks odd with the one season "out-of-place" but there is no apparent recourse to fix it as we have opened the package and just want to replace the one season, not the whole set.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from My low rating is not because of my opinion of the series. It is one of my favorites to watch. It is because the cases that they came in were flimsily made and the discs had marks on them that don't come off. I was surprised that they arrived like that. I can't tell you how many times I've had an episode skip and then speed up to catch up to where it was supposed to be, or had the picture glitch up. Some discs i have to try everything that is available that plays a DVD in hopes it will play that disc. I don't have one of those disc cleaners so it might help, but I really don't know yet. I encourage the show but my purchase left me irritated.
