Description & Features+

For a power outage or natural disaster, the Freeplay Assist radio can lend a helping hand. This self-powered AM/FM/SW radio is driven by hand-cranking or solar energy, making it work in any emergency situation. A built in flashlight provides useful light, while a siren draws attention. With the power output socket, you can even recharge your cell phone.

• An integrated polycrystalline 3.6V 20mA solar panel lets you use solar power to play the radio or charge its batteries without having to wind
• A rechargeable NiMH three-cell battery pack stores the energy generated from human and solar power, letting you play the radio for 20 to 30 minutes per 30-second wind
• Three superbright LEDs are built into a flashlight feature on the side of the radio, providing a beam of light
• A power output socket on the side of radio can be used to recharge mobile phones during an emergency using the included USB cable
• Comes with 3.5mm USB cable adapter for charging your smartphone or other digital device
• A siren feature lets you attract attention when you're in distress
