Fails to seat and seal properly when closed.

Offers good value for its size and features.

Ideal for small spaces with ample storage.

Stuff goes in cool or cold [if something's not pre-frozen, I usually run it through fridge before freezing, including in a regular fridge/freezer -- don't want to put room temperature stuff on top of a frozen block of salmon or whatever], ends up frozen. And it was cheap. And it came fast. And it's EnergyStar. What is there to downgrade for? :)

Does the job and doesn't complain

I ordered it in line and everything happened as promised!  Excellent service!!

Great Freezer

Everything about the order went perfectly. It arrived on time. No damage at all. The unit itself works great right out of the box. Simple to use, and it's keeping all of my food nicely frozen.

Just Perfect

Great size and price for an additional freezer besides your regular refrigerator/freezer. Not too deep so you can't reach to the bottom if the freezer. Chills well.

Compact and helpful.

I am very happy with the functionality of this product and the perfect size for my kitchen.  The defrost function feature is fantastic, makes cleaning a breeze.  Unpacking was so simple and easy no lifting out of the box necessary.

I had an old freezer that still works great but is too big for just 1 person so I gave it away and bought this one. Works great and I noticed a big savings in hydro. On grocery day it's a little tight getting everything in because I shop for the month. But it's already paid for itself in hydro compared to my 12 cubic ft

Singles perfection

It's  good sized unit that is so far functioning well. It did arrived dented, however. That was rather disappointing. The only solution offered was to send it back. That's a tremendous hassle. Will reconsider ordering online in the future.

Solid unit that functions well - barring a dent

was nicked but in the back....transport...seems to work well....you get what u pay for. time will tell if it last 5 yrs...

The lid was bent and had a dent in it. The lid was fixed by twisting it back to a normal position. It is good now

It gets very cold

The top back corner was dented . I am disabled and don't walk without a wheelchair or walker. I was not able to return this dented freezer to the nearest Walmart without hiring someone to come and carry it out and take it to the store 50km return trip! This is the second item i have ordered with values well over $100 that was damaged. I don't think I will order from you again. Although ugly to look at with the dent, the freezer works.
