We received this via FedEx on a Saturday when no one was home so they just left it in front of our garage. When we got home we put it in the garage, but it was a week before we could get out there and open everything up for inspection. Upon opening this past weekend, numerous pieces of hardware were scattered throughout the box loose and almost cutting into the seats, etc. Then upon unpacking we found out that probably 90-95% of the hardware was either missing or never included in the box at all. Either way I emailed the customer service of Cap Barbell on Saturday so I am hoping to hear something today. I did ask for an entire new set of hardware because the few pieces we did get will make good spares. It would take a very long time to tell them every single piece that is missing. Other than that, the quality of the bench looks very good and sturdy so I believe once we are able to assemble it, it will definitely serve its' purpose.

FUEL

Just Purchased, I'm an experienced weight lifter.  The rack portion of this bench is decent, good quality steel and reliable, although you cannot over tighten the bolts or the tube begins to collapse.  The bench is not very robust, I'm 225LBs and I find the bench flexes more than I would like.  The 2 cushions and arm curl cushion is totally unacceptable, very poor quality.

Bought this bench over a month ago. Came with no hardware to put it together. called company (more than once) E-mailed numerous times sent proof of purchase copy of manual twice to try to get parts. After a month sent me a box with some parts thrown in. Still do not have the hardware I need to put together. Boxing it up tomorrow to return to Walmart. Stay away from CAPBARBELL products
