I am happy with this purchase of the Fuel Performance Resistance Band 5-50 lbs.  It's a great tool to have for home workouts or when I workout outside.  My favorite way to use it is for banded push-ups to provide extra resistance.  Some of the other exercise moves I have used it for include bicep curls, one arm tricep extension, standing or seated shoulder presses, upright row, chest fly, chest presses, squats, and hip thrusts.  I also plan on using it for banded pull-ups once I can get access to a pull up bar.  The one minor detraction is there is a strong rubber odor when you first use it.  However, I found the rubber smell is gone now that I've used it for a few weeks.  Great price at $9.38 and a good way to add some variety to your workouts that won't break the bank.

Good quality but I was expecting a little bit more of a heavy resistance... I do recommend though if you are a beginner or need lighter weight, it'll be perfect.

Good but not for me

The blue in the picture is not the same as the blue I received. The blue in the picture looks real good and actually, that's why I got it but the 2 bands I received looked like the bands were left out in the sun and got burnt.

very strong good exercise band, purchased for my mother and buying another one for myself.

I believe this band will work fine for my intentions but it has an odd odor.  It doesn't have a rubber band smell like some but rather a strange chemical odor.  I let it soak in Dawn detergent and it still smells pretty strong.  Other than that it is fine.

If you're used to lifting weights you can definitely go heavier on these. I haven't been using them for pull ups because I don't have a bar but I have been trying to them out with some arm exercises and for someone that used to do 28 lb bicep curls in each arm this band feels a little on the lighter side.
