Description & Features+

Over the past few years, writer/director Judd Apatow ("The 40-Year-Old Virgin", "Knocked Up") has shown that nothing - not even losing your virginity or the miracle of childbirth - is sacred. About his third film behind the camera he says, "I'm trying to make a very serious movie that is twice as funny as my other movies. Wish me Luck!" Apatow directs Adam Sandler, Seth Rogen and Leslie Mann in "Funny People", the story of a famous comedian who has a near death experience. Adam Sandler, Eric Bana, Jason Schwartzman, RZA and newcomer Aubrey Plaza join a cas that reunites Judd Apatow with Seth Rogen, Leslie Mann and Jonah Hill in their third comedy together.

Funny People (Rated/Unrated) is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Its dark humor It was a decent movie, it has a dark theme with the main character being terminaly ill. It was funny and was a movie that made you think about what it would be like to be sick and not know if you truely have any friends or family

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Funny At All Went to movies to see this.. worst movie I may have ever seen. It had no point to the story and was not funny at all. Don't waste your money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste Of Money! I took a chance and bought this DVD even though it didn't have great reviews on it. I love Adam Sandler's work but this movie has got to be his worst work ever! Do not waste your money in buying this! Do not let the price of under $5.00 fool you. ITS A WONDER WHY THIS MOVIE IS SO CHEAP! This movie was horrible! I had no purpose or ending to it. Left me wondering what the whole purpose of this movie was really about. Its a sorry movie and has no purpose to even making it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good I expected it to be a bit funnier, but overall it was a pretty good film.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Funny People I actually thought this movie was going to be a little bit more moving than funny- wrong I should have just went with the title, my bad. Anyway this movie was still good, Adam Sandler and Seth Rogan together were really good. If your into comedies this is super hilarious. But diffidently if you thought this was going to be slightly moving, like the commercial show, then prepare to be a little disappointed. Overall I thought it was a good movie.
