I love this! i have relaxed and color treated hair and I use this every time I blow dry and it makes my hair stay straighter longer and cuts my flat ironing time in half because my hair is sooo much straighter after using it. Also smells awesome!!!!!!!!!

I purchased this straightening balm along with the Fructis Flat Iron Protector and couldn't wait to provide my review...
I have all natural 3C (very curly) hair; and the most difficult texture to straighten so I decided to give this balm and flat iron protector a try. After washing and deep conditioning my hair I divided my hair into 5 sections and evenly distributed the Fructis Balm from roots to ends. From the moment I began applying it I could feel how moisturizing it was which is something my hair always crave for. For a moment I was going to leave it in my hair as a leave in and not blow dry my hair because it smelled so good and made my curls look moisturized, defined, and beautiful, but I wanted to proceed with blow drying to see if it truly works. Let me say that my hair blow dried out beautifully and felt so well-protected from the heat.

I followed using the Fructis Flat Iron Protector while flat ironing my hair and it came out so straight and frizz-free. Normally when I flat iron my hair it will begin frizzing before I even finish the back of my hair, but these two products make my 3C curly hair look like I have a relaxer; straight, bouncy hair which is bra-strap length. I apply the Fructis Morrocan Oil throughout my scalp and hair at night before putting my hair up and wrapping it with a scarf. The next day when I remove the scarf my hair is silky, moisturized, and lots of body.

*This balm can also be used as a leave-in styling aid. I only wish it came in a larger tube because I have so much hair.

First things first - I was skeptical that this would actually work on my hair. But this has actually been a life saver for my hair. In combination of this, the flat iron perfector, and the Moroccan oil treatment - my hair would still continue to be a huge frizzy mess. Ever since I started using these, my color-treated, frizzy hair has been 10x easier to manage and style. The balm cuts my blow drying in half compared to what it was before I found this. I've followed the directions completely and even separate my hair into sections to help, and I can't believe the result. Not only does it help smooth my hair out and make it less frizzy, but it makes it so soft after I'm done. I rarely keep a product for very long because I don't get the results I'm looking for, but this has become a permanent staple in my morning routine.

Can't live without this now

This is the best stuff on the face of the planet! I have been trying to find something that makes my hair feel and look nice but not cost a bazillion dollars and this is it. $3.33 at Wal-mart and I have the softest most prettiest hair I've had in forever! My hair is probably halfway down my back and I have been contemplating cutting about 5 inches off of it for a couple months now. The ends are so damaged they just keep breaking and making my hair tangle. It's a joke between my sister and I that sneezing causes my hair to tangle (haha) so I thought I would give this a try. I have tried all kinds of other more expensive things, so why not? I didn't get my hopes up and now I am THRILLED that I won't have to cut my hair AND it's so soft, doesn't get tangled, smells nice, is shiny and beautiful. I can't express how amazed I am. My hair looks and feels so different. I love it.

I am in LOVE!!!

I have very fine, frizzy hair, not your normal thick frizzy hair that people expect. This product is amazing. Provides just the right amount of control to my blow dry that makes my hair behave. It's SO frustrating that I can't find it anywhere! Walmart used to carry it and I'd make a special trip there just for this. I haven't been able to find it lately. Please do not discontinue this product! Your morocan oils are so heavy even a touch of them weighs down my hair too much and I look like a grease pit.

So difficult to find yet so fabulous

Half my head is still wet as I type this, because I stopped blow drying midway to review this. I'm transitioning at the moment with what looks to be 4c hair at the roots. Not only is this cutting my blow dry time, but my hair is also uncharacteristically straight and manageable! This product is life affirming lol! I don't think I'll ever blow dry without it again.

I used this product this morning and the smell is amazing, but not over powering. I put a little product into my hand and rubbed my hands together then rubbed the product through my hair especially on the ends. I then blow dryed my hair and my hair was smooth and silky. I love this stuff!!

The smell is Amazing!!

I LOVE this product!!! Disappointed that I cannot find it anywhere in Texas.... As you know in Texas we have humidity that is Crazy Bad, and ever since I started using this a few years ago, I can go a few days with NO FRIZZ! This saddens me to hear that it is being discontinued! I cannot find another product that I like that does the same kind of long lasting Humidity Resistant and keeps my curly frizz hair straight! PLEASE BRING THIS PRODUCT BACK!!!!

AMAZING PRODUCT!!!!

I have always liked Garnier's styling products and I needed something different for frizz hair since I have recently been moved to Louisiana for military reasons. I have naturally curly and frizzy and long hair it's ridiculous to maintain and manage. Most of the time my natural curl is how I wear my hair but with the humidity it gets too wild. I love my hair straightened every once in a while. The first time I used this product I was skeptical of the 3 day no frizz and shine guarantee. It worked wonders!!!! I used a round brush and split my hair into sections, I used just a little bit and focused on the ends especially. Within 15 minutes of blow drying my hair, my frizz was gone and there wasn't a poof in my hair that I'm normally used to straightening out with a straightener. And it lasts without looking greasy for at least the full three days! I even went to work in a restaurant and my hair still didn't frizz or look greasy! Definitely a product worth buying and using for sure!!!!

Perfectly Smooth and frizz free for the toughest hair

I have very thick curly/wavy hair. so it takes a great amount of product to make it feel greasy. I used as much as it said and it made my hair greasy and extremely rough. When i was done blowdrying my hair it had an extremely unpleasant texture and i had a lot of split ends (more than before) my hair basically looked like a dry mop. I havent used it since.

All it does is make hair greasy
