[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this cold therapy gel eye mask it is very easy to use and comfortable. This has 3 heat settings and cold therapy. This has amazing freezer safe gel pack that can be easily use to get cold therapy. Cold therapy relieves headaches and eye strain due to inflammation of nerves. I get frequent headaches due to eye strain from laptop and phone but since I have been using this eye mask I feel better. I really love this eye mask and will definitely recommend it.

Very interesting gel eye mask

I felt like it went away instantly after using it.  I love the fact that you have various heating and cooling settings for what suits your needs at that moment for relief.  I also like that it is comfortable, allowing you to relax while getting headache relief.

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is perfect for headaches. I stare at a computer screen all day for work and the cooling and heat make this so comfortable to use. I just lay with it on with my eyes closed for about 10-15 mins. It gives so much relief and de-stresses. I even put a dab of essential lavender oil on it while using for a more relaxing experience. Great mask!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mask has 2 pieces: 1) they eye mask with elastic band that plugs into the cord and 2) the removable gel mask (that can be placed in the freezer too cool). My issue was with the heating function. The fabric portion of the eye mask is the part has the heating component, which seems to work well. However, it takes a really long time for the heat generated by the mask to heat through the gel pack, and when it does it is not very warm. I tried removing the gel pack and just using the mask--but then I felt like it didn't fit snugly on my eyes. It's a good concept, but I feel like there is room for improvement in the design.

Not warm enough

I was very happy with this purchase at first but after the very first use it stopped working! Not something you would expect from Homedics but this was a complete waste of money.

Doesn't last

One STAR is because the heating part only lasted 5-6 uses and had to return....otherwise it gets a 5 STAR.It feels amazing when the heat did work,and the removable cooling pad is wonderful!! For those that say the heat isnt hot enough,have to wonder if they first REMOVED the gel pack..makes all the difference in the world.Also nice is the gel pack attaches with 2 magnets on outside,so no need to open a zippered pouch.Will be reordering a new one once refund is processed and only hope I just got an odd ball that heat switch went bad in.
