My husband has been in therapy and has had trouble getting in bed.  Now with the step deck he gets on it and in bed much easier.  It helps him a great deal.  I use it for exercise also.  It is very sturdy and was recommended by our therapist.

I'm pleased I bought the adjustable step deck.

Golds gym stepper

I am unsteady on my feet and I needed a step of some kind to safely step out on the patio in a new apartment. This fit the bill perfectly. It is sturdy and well-built and an excellent value for the money.

Perfect For My Needs

Minus one star for not as sturdy as is like. But a decent stepper, product true to description.

Decent step for home workout

I was hoping for a step higher, but he does the job well. It can sometimes slip a little, so using anti-slip tights under the step could be safer. I am very happy with the price despite this.

Do the work for the price

It's too narrow. Feel it should be wider and adjust to a higher position.

Okay purchase

The surface is slightly too small. I often have to look at my feet during exercise to not fall. This is a basic beginner step. You get your money's worth.

It appear sturdy but for step aerobics exercises, it is too small!  It is too narrow and too short for me to safely do my workouts on I would not recommend buying it for that purpose at all. Gold's Gym SHOULD NOT ADVERTISE OR MAKE IT FOR THAT PURPOSE.

DO NOT BUY this step if you are planning to use it for working out. Only positive reviews are for NON-WORKOUT PURPOSES! The step is extremely narrow making it nearly impossible to use for a step workout and super short making it worthless when it comes to using as a bench for lifting. I am 5â3 130lbs. Diminsions on this step is 10.5âx26â. SO ANNOYED, wish i would have spent the extra few dollars for one from academy thats bigger and better quality. DONâT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
