I don't use it on my door. I have it mounted on my wall. It's pretty durable, but they are bungy cords. The yellow cords wear out faster that the black cords for some reason. The brackets and pulleys do not wear out. I would buy it again and again; afterall, I buy it to wear it out!

I love this home training set. I didn't want to purchase a home gym that would take up too much space, and happened to come across this Gold's gym set. They are very convenient and you can take them anywhere, especially if you travel. Good buy!

Fully Body Workout

Product was exactly like the picture showed.  I bought this for my husband who is going through physical therapy after shoulder surgery.  He loves that he can do so many different exercises with just one piece of equipment.

Over the door gym

My wife loves the door workout, total  body training home gym. She likes that she can work, her arms, and legs.

Once I opened the box, elastic rope were slightly broken or coming unravelled. The tension was not as advertised. Very flimsy, wasn't what I expected, I took it right back. Looked like it was previously owned.
