Excellent Machine for the money.
I have used it about 10 times so far as it is just as hard if not harder than my runs.

Very smooth action on the Machine with a slight bit of squeaking noise when in motion. I am still trying to find out where it is coming from.

But other than that is great and fits in a smaller than I imagined. I was expecting I needed a big spot for this machine.

I would highly recommend this machine for anyone from beginners to the avid runner. Give you a change of pace.

hey fitness lovers or beginners :) after a long research for an elliptical under 400 $ with good value, i dcided to get this one i read alot of reviews prior good and bad equally but took a chance and purchased it ! and love it first off this is great for anyone starting off and also great for those looking for challenge aswell! The assembly tok about 2hrs with help of a friend its a two person job, for sure ! make sure u grease it well,and tighten the screws really well and still will prevent squeaking noises people have complained about! This machine is also really sturdy and does not take up too much space :) i love it

Good Machine

I have bought the Elliptical and recently I exchanged to another one; however, I am facing with the same problem. It makes a lot of noise, and it is impossible to do exercise with something like that bothering your ears. I will return it again to Walmart. Very disappointed. Do not recommend this product.

Golds Gym Stride Trainer 310 Elliptical

The frame cracked after 3 months. Gold's Gym said it was no longer under warranty. Really... 3 months?! Customer Service didn't really care that I was not satisfied. Will never buy their product again.

Do not buy a Gold's Gym product

Poor design. Took 2 days to assemble. Top shield doesn't come off after it is assembled. Too noisy. Get a better brand.

the machine broke in the 4th month just one month after the warrantee ended and the manufacturer would not help.

3 month limited warrantee?

I've had this for two years and it is squeaky junk. I have literally tried everything to stop the noises coming from this. NEVER buy this, it's a nightmare. I just saw this ad for it while looking for a replacement.
