Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great set of tires! I got a set of 4 Goodyear Viva 3 tires on my older but very reliable 1999 Ford Escort last week. The first thing I noticed was they looked great! As soon as I started backing out of the parking space I noticed a huge difference in how my car felt. I no longer felt every bump and dip in the road. Once I got out on the highway I was really impressed at the difference. It was like I was driving a new car! I admit I am not really one to notice things on my car unless its dead or smoking! So for me to really notice the difference it has to be a really big difference, And I noticed the difference with these new tires right away! The tires handle great and give a nice smooth ride. The normal road noise was almost unnoticeable and I no longer feel every bump in the road as I did before. (Charlotte roads are very bumpy with lots of potholes) I was very impressed the other day when it rained. The car handled great on the wet road. I am very happy and satisfied and look forward to driving my little Escort many more miles! If your on the fence about buying these tires I say go for it! I think you will be happy you did! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Balanced Tires - no problem and very good driving. After the 4 tires were installed, I drove home (the longer way) on very wet roads with rain still lightly coming down. I felt that my car was running very well especially since the roads were so wet and I purposely pulled onto the highway quickly & turned pretty sharply but the tires never 'slipped'. I drive a 1998 Ford Escort so there isn't anything that will give me a super smooth ride but I felt that driving with these tires was just as smooth or smoother than usual. My speeds today varied from 25 to 50 mph. A couple of days later, I drove to another town with a larger Walmart to shop. The round trip was around 80 miles. Usually I stayed at 60 mph but at various times I caught myself going 70, 75, and 80 mph. The 80 mph was when I passed 2 trucks but the unbelievable part was that my small car didn't 'feel' like it was going 80 mph. WOW! was my first thought when I saw my speedometer. (always before if I got up to 70 mph, the car 'felt' like I better slow down.) But I guess I shouldn't be so surprised because the specifications states that the Speed Rating Translation (T) is 118 mph. The T indicates the maximum speed at which the tire can carry a load corresponding to its Load Index (86) or 1170 pounds. But I will never try to go anywhere close to that speed. (But this doesn't mean you should buy these tires to speed!!!!) These tires are very good and they were installed completely balanced - if they hadn't been balanced, I would not have been able to drive as fast as I did. And I am still overwhelmed at how well my small car drove with these 4 tires. I also want to state that two of the tires I already had on my car were the Goodyear Viva 2 all-season tires and they have lasted quite awhile and are still good - so I'll probably keep as spares (because you never know when you'll need one.) And I expect the Goodyear Viva 3 All-season tires to last as long or longer than the Viva2. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 2 out of 5 by from warranty 90,000kms? So i had these Goodyear Viva's on since the Spring of 2013 - drove approx. 54,000 kms and told the tires need to be replaced, tread is running thin - so what does the 90K warranty mean then?
