Clearout Deal

Had tires installed and immediately took a 500 mile trip. Tires were so noisy on the road that I pulled over twice to check if something was wrong with them (checked for flat, tear, bubble, etc). Nothing was noted. I don't know if I can tolerate this noise for the 60K mile tire warranty. I may try to return them to Walmart. The original tires were also Goodyear's, but they were quiet.

These say 65,000 tires. I got 39,653 (almost 3 years 7 days short!). They worked OK but didn't even come close to lasting as long as they say! I would expect them to last 55,000. These fell way short! So I say try something else!

Not so much!

i bought these tires brand new put on a 2006 jetta tdi these tires have less then 4k miles on them and are junk i drive 108 miles a day on the highway and tires only have maybe 15% tread left on them i take pride in my vehicles but these tires are not the way to go do not buy

These tires have a great ride and good handling. Quiet on the road as well. Can't beat these tires for this price point.

Great Tire

As some other people mentioned these tires are very noisy. Had to get a replacement tires during our trip. Decided to get the most expensive tires they had on the shelf, because Your get what You pay for, but turned out it's not the case with these tires. Drove 600 miles to home and next day went to our local walmart to get a replacement, cause I could not stand that noise. Got Goodyear Eagle RS-A which I had previously and the difference is night/day. Don't waste Your hard earned $ on this junk.

Very Noisy. Couldn't stand it

Just went in for a balance and rotation as I hadn't been in about 7,000 miles. Turns out 3 of the 4 Viva tires have a broken belt (no idea what that means# and all need to be replaced. I've only had these since 2009 and have probably put 40k miles on them. I was hoping these would last a LOT longer. In fact, I remember thinking that paying the higher price for the Vivas would be offset by the fuel I would save #b/c they are supposed to help with fuel economy). Not happening. Good thing the Walmart associate is doing me a solid and giving me a prorated credit towards the purchase of a new set...even though I don't have the road and hazard coverage). I'm still paying $300 or $400 depending on the new tires I choose though. Bummer.

goodyear tires

I purchased these tires a little over a year ago for my Civic and already need all 4 replaced. I have around 30k miles on these tires and they have been in need of replacing for a few months now. All 4 tires have slipped belts and the tread is considerably less than it should be. These have been rotated etc as they should be. My expectations were not enormous as they are not a top of the line tire, but i feel that you should get more than 25-30k miles out of a 65k mile tire with proper maintenance. Would not recommend these tires.

You wont get anywhere near 65k miles...
