Totally awesome !! It is heavy, be warned, but no big deal. Do not use the cooking spray, as per instructions. Trust me, everything slides right off. This pan is amazing to use. I'm getting one each month of everything Gotham has :) No Sticking !!! Cookies were perfect, Fish cooked just right, French Fries were crisp, etc. I Love It !!
