It seems odd buying meat in a tube. But is it better, less fat and water, very easy to make into hamburger patties, more convenient. I prefer it now to the fresh packaged stuff.

Really good...once you get past the tube...

I've been buying lean ground beef in a tube from Walmart for a few years. The tube was weird at first but I got used to it. It tastes better than grocery store packaged ground beef.

I think most people are like me and want honestly in reviews hence I deducted a star from this product. I simply couldn't get past the apprence of the meat. It was like opening up a tube of paste. Completely puried . I also found for lean beef as it cooked there was a fair amount of grease. I gave it four stars because once cooked for tacos it seemed fine,  according to those that ate the tacos they were great. I took a hard pass on eating them

Convenient size, however when I ordered last time, I think it had been put of freezer/fridge for at least an hour or two. Was not fridge temp for sure on the outside.

Handy size

I typically will not order lean ground beef.   I prefer a beef/pork ground meat.   This was substituted when my preferred meat was not available.
