Easy to learn, easy to set up, fun the play. The only thing you need to make sure of is setting the game on something that grips the box - otherwise it can move around a bit. Great game to get people together.

Exploding Kittens

We loved playing this game! It is easy to learn and fun to play. Our only minor critique would be to have the playing space be a little larger (we played with 5 people and with adult sized hands it made it a little difficult) but that's easily fixed by just using something other than the box lid to play with. Would highly recommend playing this game.

Fun for everyone!

I love this game but it's a 3 player game but I have no friends and my brother doesn't like to play with me so I have nothing to do but be sad bc this game is so cute and fun 😔

Hand-To-Hand Wombat from Exploding Kittens is a very fun party game. It reminds me a lot of another game I won't name that has imposters. Only in this game instead of an imposter there is a wicked wombat. You have to have at least have 3 people to play. With 3 playing you would have a wicked wombat and 2 basic wombats. Basically the basic wombats would try to build towers, with their eyes closed, while the wicked wombat tries to knock them down or make it very difficult to build any in the first place. Everyone plays with their eyes closed, even the wicked wombat. Also you have to have one hand covering your eyes while the other hand is the one that you use to play. You have to leave all the playing pieces inside the playing area. You can't take them out and just hold on to them. Once you have built a tower you can keep a finger at the top of the tower so that wicked wombat can't get any of the pieces off of it. After a round you will try to vote a player out. If you think you know who the wicked wombat is you will vote for that person to be out. If someone is voted out, they are out for the rest of the game. If you have 4 or more players to play you can introduce different roles that make the game even more fun and interesting. This game is incredibly fun and it's super quick to play because as soon as a team has 3 points they win. Each round is only 90 seconds long so games can be very short. The only small problem I can see is that it can be easy to figure out who the wicked wombat is because if you know their hands you will be able to tell easily if you feel their hands knocking over the towers but then it can be argued that the wicked wombat just needs to try harder to conceal their identity. Maybe play with gloves on or something.

Love this game

I like that it is a quick game, but fast paced and fun at the same time.  It is family friendly and can be played by both kids and adults.  It brought a lot of laughter and conversations about both the Oatmeal and wombats, especially fun facts like wombats poop cubes :)

Super Fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was slightly confusing at first, but was fun after we got the hang of it. The best way to understand is to watch the informational videos. I was still a bit confused by how often the voting takes place, but the examples of how to be a bad wombat were fun!

Fun after you get the hang of it!

Hand to Hand Wombat was a big hit with everyone, especially those lucky enough to be dealt a "bad wombat" role! It was funny and sneaky and a little bit of cooperation mixed with a whole lot of chaos; it's everything a great game should be! We're big supporters of Exploding Kittens and own several of their games already. Hand to Hand Wombat is going to be a new favorite around here now!

So much fun!

The Makers of Exploding Kittens have been busy making a bunch of new games and we got to try it out these last few weeks with our family. Each game comes with a little comic book that explains that wombats **** in squares- news you never even knew you needed to know and then those squares they use to build towers. So somewhere in there someone said let's make a game of building wombat poo and market it to the masses! It's a fun game where everyone tries to help build three towers, you think! Everyone gets a card at the beginning of the game telling them what kind of wombat they are- some just get to build towers, some have special rules about these towers, and some try to destroy the towers. At the end of each round everyone votes on who they think the evil wombat is and that person is removed from the game. We had a lot of fun with it, but have decided that our kids are too competitive to play to together- but they all want a chance to play it with their friends. We know this will be used at many game nights in the future.

Kids enjoy this game, funny concept

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This game is hard to explain to other people and closing your eyes feels strange. It's fun to get a secret identity. My kids just ended up fighting about why anyone had to be bad. It was a wash for us.

It's alright.

We all had a good time playingand it was great for all ages. The game played much better with fewer players. The options for more advanced gameplay was a nice add on. The overall play was easy to learn and a quick play. Our main issue with the game was that it was that the bad team won every single time. It was really hard for us to get enough points for the good team to score points. The best part of the game was trying to figure out who was the wicket wombat. The voting and discussion was the best part of the game. It was surprising how often we were wrong. We still kept trying and enjoyed ourselves.
