Food Condition

Specially cured boneless pork loins are tenderized and naturally smoked to a golden colour to produce this original Canadian smoked meat. This is a convenient twin-pack package allowing you to open only half the package keeping the other half freshly sealed. The taste is good but it is too thinly sliced. There is no taste left and the rind is tough.

Too salty for me,

These were good but not soft enough to eat with my false teeth,unless they are cut up

Could be Softer

No matter what I did with the thick slices, it was tough.  It did not have the lovely smell of frying back bacon.
