I bought this a few weeks ago and I'm very happy. Has a great picture and the speaker sounds quite good for TV speakers.  The remote control has preset buttons for the apps which I wish you could select yourself what they controlled as I only use one of the buttons out of the four.  At this price range you definitely can't go wrong!

I got this TV for a good price so I can't complain too much. The picture is very nice and I think the sound is fine.However the wireless worked once and hasn't worked since. It shows connected but Netflix won't work. I don't have a wired LAN cable in the room its in so I just have to do without. Second issue is that the TV has shut off (not turned off but went off like it was unplugged) pressing the power button did nothing, the power indicator on the TV was black which means it was still turned on - the power indicator turns red when its shut off - the only solution was to unplug it and plug it back in then it came back up. This has happened 3 times so far.

Decent TV but too many technical issues

I bought this device few months ago. There is two big problems with this device. First, Netflix app doesn't work after some days of signing in. It means it is necessary to sign out and sign in again again and again. Same thing with YouTube.
Another major problem is that there are only few apps that work with this TV. In the other words it is not really the Smart TV that you have many choices for choosing apps. For example I need IPTV, it is only available for Android, Samsung, Roku and iOS TVs. 
Totally I don't recommend this device and if it was possible I changed it.

Poor functionality

I bought this TV from Visions  a couple months ago and too many problems . The TV Freezes . The screen just freezes  when trying to access the apps . Cannot add apps like Disney etc .  To get tech support on the Tv  the Hisence company wants more $$  even after paying $100 extended warranty at store .  And if you take the TV back to return it to get another tv then the extended warranty is null and void you have to purchase another warranty . How do I know I even going to get another decent TV ?

Just bought this thing 4 days ago and wont connect to netflix, no my internet is not the problem as any other system I have is connected and works just fine.
