I am excited about my purchase. Soon my remodeled bedroom will be done. The door rollers are going on an old coal room door to hang in my bedroom as an cover to the access attic door. Yet to be completed, your price was the best I found also. Thank you.

Very simple product. Looks good. Pros: Rolls incredibly smooth Inexpensive, great buy for your money Has two lengths of bolts for different thickness doors. Cons: Instructions were a bit hard to understand, required some common sense and logic. Everything in mm; required some math to convert to standard measurements where I am more familiar. The holes in the main flat bar do not line up with a conventional stick built home with 16" centers. That would have been a nice option/detail. Anchoring to a board that is already anchored to the studs in your wall is the strongest option in my opinion but it depends on the weight of your door. All and all I am ordering another one so the install issues were not anything you cannot logically figure out and over come.

Barn Door Hardware

Great door and it was easy to install. The shipping was wonderfully quick and FREE! It works beautifully in my in-laws house. The only thing is that the instructions have no words, only pictures. Also the drill bits sizes are ÃƒÂ¸8, ÃƒÂ¸10, etc... if you don't know what those sizes mean then you might just have to eye it. Just make sure your bit size is slightly smaller than the screw so that the threading bites. Overall this thing is pretty self explanatory, just make sure to measure 100 times and drill once. Try to put the screws in studs so it's super secure!

Great door and it was

The track arrived quickly and well packaged. The existing holes didn't match up with my studs so I had 3 extras drilled. The directions are in metric units so you need a metric tape for that and the directions are picture only. Easy to assemble but kind of throws you off. I would buy this again in a heartbeat!!

Awesome Barndoor track!!

Product looks nice and the price was far less than anything we have been looking at. There are no written directions and the step by step pictures have metric dimensions. If you're handy with a tape measure and tools you'll be fine.

Giving 4 stars because all of the instructions use mm rather than inches and the pre-drilled holes are 17 1/2 inches rather than the standard 16 inches to hit a stud. Had to get drywall anchors for the bolts that did not hit a stud. Other than that very pleased with the product. Looks good, works well.

Quality of components is good, delivery was quick. The only issue I can see is that all of the predrilled holes in the bar are at about 17.5 inches (450mm) which does not correspond with the spacing of wall studs. Installation choices were either to drill new holes on 16 in centers for the studs or to attach a hardwood plate to the wall and then attach the bar to it. The latter choice moves the door further away from the door opening, leaving a gap and requiring retrimming the doorway opening. I choose to drill new holes.

Quality of components is good,

Compared to other expensive hardware, I was concerned this price was cheaper for a reason. However, the quality was quite impressive! I do wish the bottom caster hardware was a bit different, but that probably had more to do with my woodworking abilities and not the product. I got simple stationary ones from the hardware store, and it all worked flawlessly.

The hardware itself is awesome! Looks good the rollers are extremely quiet and it's a simple set up except.... Everything is metric so the holes in the bar are not drilled for American homes where the studs are 16 on center.. You must add a piece of wood to drill into your studs and then drill the bar into that.. Which is fine as looks go, but that then places your door further away from the opening.. So then we had to build out the trim an inch to fill in the gap between the door and the opening.. Had it been suited for American homes it would've been a five-star review; awesome hardware for an awesome price minus the easy installation.. Oh and I didn't realize it wasn't made in America I would've preferred that as well..
