Instructions can be clear and easy to follow, but may also be confusing or inaccurate.

Made with materials that are satisfactory and well-constructed.

Pergola's design is aesthetically pleasing.

It looks really nice once done and fits perfectly on my patio. You  will really need 3 people for the first steps since you need to "attach" the four large poles together and at the beginning the structure can be really unstable. After you put the 8 arches in the corner, the structure becomes solid and you can continue alone. Very good quality for the price. I like the sling top that allows you to open one side or the other. Seems waterproof but just assembled it yesterday, time will tell.

Great quality

Instructions are easy to follow. Took two of us an afternoon to assemble. We purchased additional hardware and secured to our deck. I love this pergola and would highly recommend! Being able to move the canopy to add either more sun or or shade is a really nice feature!

8x10 sling top pergola

Excellent pergola for price, provides great shade but easily adjustable if want to be in the sun. Was easy to put together and withheld giant storm here in Ottawa. We did anchor down to patio stones for extra support.

Great purchase

I attempted to buy this at my local Walmart. One of the girls there suggested I order it online . I did so. Delivered to my door within the week. Haven't put it up yet..... that's going to be another story.

Summer fun

Simply a wonderful product worth the money. Installation is simple and all parts in excellent condition. Extra bolts and nuts for most of the  steps so I don't worry about dropping a screw to the deck gap. Looks great!

Good looking and sturdy!

We were very disappointed that the product was delivered to the wrong address. With being seniors we found it very difficult to go and pick it up due to the weight of it.  It was delivered a day earlier than promised, however, we were not even notified that it was being delivered early or that it was even delivered.

Delivery

Great item, good sale, I built 90% of it by myself but it helps to have someone hold one side while you connect the two main pieces. After that it's a breeze!

The box did come pretty heavily damaged, but everything inside seemed fine and nothing was missing.

But when I install them, I found the nuts are not match the bolts which for connecting the steel beams, So I have to buy 16 new nuts from renodeopt. So prepare all of match parts is also very important thing for any produce, pls info the company.

Question on price difference

Very disappointed with Walmart and the trucking companies.  When it arrived, the box was extremely damaged, unpacked everything to look for damage, told to do this by the carrier. Many pieces had scratches, deep gouges, and a couple dents. Told to call the trucking company, got the run around, and finally told to call Walmart. When I called Walmart, the person was a bit rude and just told me I had to ship it back or keep it, and order a new one, no other options. Well of course they were out of stock, Walmart was not willing to work with us by discount so we could have it repaired, or a discount on a damaged product.  So I was told to ship it back for a refund or pay full price for a very damaged item and keep it. So Walmart would rather pay the shipping company twice, rather than give a discount and make the customer happy. I'm sure the trucking companies are happy with this deal,if all they have to do is damage the items to double their business.  Keep this in mind when ordering large items from Walmart! The pergola itself is structurally sound, and looks good. Heavy winds could be a problem for the sail. Simple to erect. Just get a bit angry when I look at the damage. So if it comes back in stock be careful if you are thinking about ordering. I give the pergola 4 stars, Walmart gets 1 star.
