Bought this for my daughter and had it shipped straight to her university dorm (along with a multi screwdriver). She was able to put it together in about 10 minutes and it works great for hanging coats. Reasonably priced and works as expected.

Great addition to my home

DO NOT BUY THIS COAT RACK. The construction is terrible. The threads do not align resulting it it not be straight. We received one thread already stripped.  We had to glue the thing together to be able to use it. Within 2-3 weeks, under the weight of only 2-3 jackets, the top broke and this piece of garbage is now duct taped until we can get a new one. Keep your money!
