Finally got my set put together and I have to say it is the most comfortable furniture we own. The only complaint would be in putting it together, we had some difficulty with some of the bolts, the fit was very tight and we ended up having to use an adjustable wrench to be able to get them in as we stripped 2 of the heads.

Amazingly comfortable

I love this set. It's very comfortable and seems well constructed. The padded cushions are really nice. 

However, it took me hours to put this set together. The pre-drilled bolt holes are very snug and the bolts barely fit. I found that they only screwed in half way then wouldn't go any further. Here's a tip that worked for me: If any bolts give you trouble, spray them with WD40 and spray the hole as well. Screw in the bolts prior to putting the set together (for the ones that are a struggle). They will eventually go in but you will need a LOT of strength. Be careful not to strip the bolts.

Super comfortable but difficult to put together!!

This product is beautiful and comfortable. I had a bit of the same issue as others mentioned about putting it together, but noticed it had lock-tight on the bolts so they are going to be harder to get in. I used a drill on the low setting and did not tighten the bolts until the last bolt was in and it was fine.

Very comfortable and solid

Be prepared for a little work.  Have a 1/4-20 tap, and a better 5/32 Allan bit available.  A 1/4 inch rachet set works well for tightening.  Clean out all threads with the 1/4-20 tap.  Excercise caution when putting the screws in and, as per the instructions, assemble all screws before tightening everythink.  Consider using stainless steel screws for the back to seat, and back to arm attachments.  Recommended with caution.

Nice set but assembly difficult

Just received this 3-pc set but had difficulty assembling it.  Having put one chair together, struggled to get the second one going.  The screws don't fit the wells.  Phoned customer service who were quick to open a ticket and great to communicate with.  Will wait and see how long it takes for a replacement. I will update the review then.
