Great swing. Comfy and easy to set up.

The canopy has worn out after many season in the sun.
We would like to order a replacement canopy.

Good swing

We bought this about a month ago, it was easy to assemble and is very comfortable.  We liked it so much, we bought the red 3 seater one for the other end of the yard

Great swing

My husband easily put this together. Very attractive and more sturdy than I thought possible. Wasn't available in store but ordered online and it came quickly right to my door.

Sturdy and comfy

I bought this swing and I absolutely love it. It was easy to assemble with 2 people. It is very comfortable to sit on and is sturdy. I am unsure of the total weight restrictions for the swing.

Beautiful, comfortable swing

The swing was delivered couple months ago. I have set up in weekend's. Easy to install and looks great.

Looks amazing

I bought this swing 10 days back and assembled it. It was quite easy over the instructions and came out to be perfectly ok. The swing looks nice, very sturdy and comfortable as well. However, when it was the time to fit upon the canopy we found that the 2 knobs that fixes the canopy were missing in the box.(which was totally a company package fault)
We tried calling walmart but got no response. We went at the store thinking somebody could help us out but it was the same. All they could tell was to bring the swing back to the store.(which was insane: disassembling the 200 pound swing and carrying it back to store was impossible)We called the customer care and were promised that we would be contacted by the store manager within the same day but that never happened.

Immensely disappointed with the response.
My swing still sits without the canopy.

Looks comfy

I would give it 5 stars and more as I use it every day. Very sturdy and comfortable. 
My only problem is that when it rains the canopy collects water on both sides. I have to go out after it rains and push the water off.  This is stretching the material so each time more water collects. 
I can tilt the canopy sideways, then water won't collect but it basically becomes a big sail and the wind blows the swing around. 
I really do LOVE this swing and would absolutely recommend it especially for this price. Just don't know what to do about the rain filled canopy?

Love this swing

I bought this item for its price and style and really wanted to like it.Unfortunately, there were several problems. 

First, the top steel rail had been drilled only on one side, making it impossible to assemble.

Second, the rattan on the seat had been worn through to loose ends on the seat's lower edge, I am guessing by shifting around during shipping.

Third, when I called the 1-800 number at Yotrio US they told me they had no parts available and could not help me. Their "solution" was for me to box it all back up and take it back to Walmart.

Several issues

Love the way this swing looks except for there is a major design flaw. Do not leave the top fabric part of the Swing still attached during the rainy season. It pools on the top of both sides in the middle and stretches out the fabric and it is a hassle to push the water off of it because it's spills everywhere.

One of the drilled holes did not line up on the swing seat when setting it up had to put the screw in at an angle. Second bigger issue is the canopy is not steep enough and it collects the rain along the front and back edge putting a lot of weight, wear and tear on the canopy. The rain starts dripping through. I have to go out and dump it all the time. The canopy will not last long with all that strain.
