I LOVE this vacuum, and I just got it! It is a little heavy, but not bad. Plenty of suction, and it absolutely takes care of dog hair on all my couches and floors. I have marble tile, wood look tile, and carpet. The on board tools work great too. I don't think you can beat it for the price!

This vacuum works great it picks up almost everything including plastic bags that my dogs ripped up. I like the handle that comes out to make the extension wand.

Great working machine

The vacuum cleaner works well enough though it is a bit loud.  When you place the pet tool in its' storage clip on the front of the vacuum it makes it hard to get to the power button.  One or the other should be relocated I do not think the designers thought this out very well nor did anyone think to call this to their attention or if they did they chose to ignore it.  May have given it a higher rating accept for this glaring mistake.

The box was completely damaged a big hole in it some one cut the box open checking the item out for damages 5/18/23  1114am  UPS

First of all, this is the vacuum I wanted, the red one.  I was sent a blue vacuum and notice on the reviews that the handle has broken on various customers complaining about it.  I hope I will be able to replace the part if it comes to it breaking.

This vacuum is useless.  I've had for 3 days, used it 3 days in a row and I'm so unhappy with it.  I bought because I needed a vacuum and this is actually the only one that my WalMart had.  The things it does not pick up anger me.  I end up using the hose constantly to pick up things the vacuum doesn't.  I have equivalent of Berber carpeting in the bedrooms and hardwood floors elsewhere.  After using it twice, I had to clean the roller brush as it was packed with dog hair and stuff.  I bought this because of dog hair!  Using just the "wand" down on my knees on the floor at least got up what I expected it to do, only I expected that pushing the vacuum around.  This is just useless.  You'd think that Hoover would design a really good vacuum as this point in time in life, no matter what model it is or where you buy it from!  There is no headlight on it to see anything.  It's just a pain.  And I always have used Hoover but not again!

I can't find spare parts after something wrong happened.
